2. Analysis & Recommendations
Based on our analysis, we will provide options for you to choose from that will work best in your organization. We understand that some organizations can spend more time on training than others; however, we are committed to providing the best experience possible. We will develop a schedule for consultation and deliverables that work for you. Whether AW Consulting is conducting the training or someone in your organization, it will be customized, relevant and results oriented. We believe in teaching necessary content, which means everything will be what you need for your success.
3. Design & Development
In this stage we determine goals and objectives of the training and focus the content to connect to the learning outcomes. We use various such as exercises, tests, formative and summative assessments, media and evaluative methods designed to develop a program that is efficient and successful.
4. Implement BEST Delivery Methods
Based on our previous work, we will work with you to implement a high quality program at your organization including a pilot session to ensure the program has clear learning objectives with carefully structured content tied to your business outcomes.
